How does it work?
PT-141 stimulates the brain’s arousal centers through the melanocortin system:

What can I expect from PT-141 therapy?
- Inject 1 hour before sexual activity (typically 1.75mg dose)
- Onset: 45–60 minutes, duration: 6–12 hours
- Do not exceed 1 dose in 24 hours or 8 doses per month (per FDA guidelines for women)

How to take Sertraline?
Taking 1 tablet daily helps most men reduce their PE issue. It may take a few weeks for the medication to reach its full effect, so be patient and continue following your doctor’s instructions.
